Reservation Policies

  • In order for your reservation to be validated, we must receive your deposit payment of $200, the same day you registered your reservation. Otherwise, it would be canceled the next day. The balance of the cost of your stay must be paid at least 10 days before your arrival. (ATH Mobile or Paypal).

  • Rental rates are based on nightly prices and not based on number of guests. The maximum number of people staying will not be more than 10 people. Visits from people other than those who are staying are not accepted. 

  • It is strictly forbidden to celebrate birthdays or any private activity on the property, even if it is only those who are staying. If you fail to comply with this rule, you will be asked to vacate the property and you will lose the rest of your stay and the money paid, without distinction of person.

  • We reserve the right of admission. If guests are notified of improper conduct, excessive noise and behaviors that affect the peace of neighbors, they will be asked to leave the property and the money paid will not be returned.

  • Check in will be from 3:00 pm and Check Out must be on or before 12 noon.

  • The pool facilities are for the enjoyment of the guests and if you decide to use them you must do so at your own risk and taking basic security measures. In the case of children, they must be supervised by adults at all times. Lifeguard service is not provided

  • The installation of camping booths on the property and on its land is strictly prohibited. If you fail to comply with this rule, you will be asked to vacate the property and you will lose the rest of the stay and the money paid.

  • Guests must provide their own towels. Although basic amenities are provided, guests will be responsible for supplying toilet paper, towels, soap, and dishwashing liquids they need during their stay.

  • It is our responsibility to collect a room tax charge of 7% for the total amount of your stay, as required by law, and remit it to the Puerto Rico Tourism Company.

  • It is the client's responsibility to read these policies and be willing to comply with them, otherwise they should not book the stay. The fact that you have reserved without reading them will not be an excuse in case of non-compliance.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing and if you cancel your reservation within 15 days before the reserved date, the $200 deposit will not be refunded.
